I loved my dress. I got a lot of compliments. The quality was great. I was able to change the size of my dress mid production. The designer, Tina made sure was no problem. We corresponded through email for about a month before I actually Put the order in. I believe it took about 2 to 3 weeks to make and then two weeks to receive package. The communication was great all throughout. My next dress will definitely come from here. The only thing I was worried about with the dress was the double layer Tulle, or lace (tan color). I didn’t like the double layering but after taking it to several tailors, they all said that it’s double layer for support. And I definitely need it support so I kept the double layer tulle. :) thanks Design Formal!
The dress was beautiful. The sizing was a bit difficult so we did have to pay to get the upper part of the dress altered so it wasn’t so loose. We also had to pay to get it expedited. Overall, very nice dress for prom. Communication between the owner was quick and easy.
I had my custom prom dress made by this company, and I can honestly say it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish! The dress came out absolutely beautiful and looked exactly how I envisioned it. Great experience, my daughter sketched her dress with her artistic skills and Design Formal helped sew her dream prom dress to life. We collaborated with Tina who was amazing asking details and questions every step of the way! Tina even asked for approval of every detail from the type of fabric to the embellishment! I was nervous to spend so much as I had never ordered before and didn’t want to get scammed! Design Formal is legit and ask questions every step of the way to ensure the customer is happy! My daughter and I was so pleased with the design and quality for the most part! The only thing I would change is the oversized bow attachment was not very strong and I broke it hanging it on the dress we had to repair and sew a hook onto the bow. And dress. The design was exactly what she had sketched and envisioned! Just be sure to plan ahead as the process and the shipping does take time to receive your order! I think we planned eight weeks out at the beginning of the order to be safe on time!
The dress came on time, it was very beautiful when I opened it, there were no smell or anything. The dress was true to my size (4). But most of all I love the dress.
We had to do some last minute adjustments all worked out great!! She Loved the way it turned out in the end thank you I will definitely use your service again.
I could live in this dress!! It fits perfectly and it is so comfortable, plus the quality is better than you could even imagine! I will say it’s brighter than the movie but it looked amAZING with my skin tone! I’m recommending it to anyone who asks where i got it, and i highly recommend anyone looking to get this dress to get it from this company!!!

The dress was so cool and I really liked it! The detailing was lovely, especially the overall design and style. I would recommend carefully checking their standard size chart before ordering. Although my dress needed some minor fitting adjustments, it was still very pretty. I also wish there were a few more rhinestones on the top, but overall it was a great experience and the dress looked amazing in person.

Beautiful dress, I love it! Was the best option 😍 ! When I received the dress it was a little tiny but I wrote to them and they recommended to look for a tailor because the dress usually have extra fabric, so I fixed so fast! 🥰
I ordered my daughter’s prom dress from Design Formal and was so pleased with the whole process. My daughter had set her heart on wearing the dupe of the Lily Rose Depp dress. After ordering 20 or so material swatches, she decided on the color, which is 100D chiffon M6001 fabric in color #127. We ordered the dress in a custom size. Design Formal checked and double-checked with us on email that the measurements we entered were correct and then went to work. When the dress arrived, we were in tears because it exceeded our expectations in every way. The dress is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is stunning. We were overjoyed, and the best part is that it fit perfectly and is beautifully lined. In terms of the time line, we started ordering the swatches in February and placed the dress order mid-March for the mid-May event. Shipping was super-fast via FedEx. We are in Ontario, Canada.

The dress was well constructed and fit my daughter perfectly. She is 5ft 5inches...100 pounds, she ordered an xs. We did have to take some length off the bottom...but only a few inches. My only complaint was the delivery time line. Overall....dress was very pretty and my daughter loved it!
My daughter picked out her dress which turned out to be my favorite color. When I realized where the company was located I became very hesitant because alot of people didn't want to just measure her for someone else's dress. Once I got that taken care of took a leap of faith I ordered the dress. The dress came earlier than expected. The packaging did not give it was a n very expensive dress inside. Once I opened it, it gave aww this is a cute dress looked better in the picture. I'll just hang it up. Once my daughter tried it on, it came to life. With a little bit of alterations, she looked like a princess..
