Shipping policy

From the time you place your order to the day you get a knock on the door from a nice delivery person, you're looking at about 3- 5 weeks for production for dresses, and around 3 -10 business days for shipping depending on your region and shipping method you choose. Accessories and fabrics will be ready to ship within 3 - 5 working days, and sketches will take 5 - 7 working days.

Estimated Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Here's the process for dresses:

Your order is confirmed by our inventory and quality control team. If everything looks good (no unusual measurements, address info, etc.) they will approve the order and send it to the tailors to get to work. This can take 1-3 business days.

Then, each dress is made-to-order by our tailors.

Your dress is shipped from our factory in China shipping times vary from 3 - 8 business days, depending on your region.

Every dress is made-to-order, so the turnaround time is the same, whether you order a standard size dress or a made-to-measure custom. If event date conflicts, we follow production timeline. We will email you about estimated ready to ship date after receiving order.

SHIPPING METHOD

You are allowed to choose shipping method at checkout page. Free shipping worldwide on orders over $149 with standard shipping. We are cooperating with DHL, UPS, USPS, TNT, FedEx, Aramex, DPD, EMS, etc. to ship the order to the globe.  

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

CUSTOMS DUTY

All duties and taxes are covered by us. You won’t pay anything extra.
